Only Leads offers a simple but comprehensive mortgage leads service which allows you to control the lead flow and postal area to match your own business needs. To support this, we have developed an intelligent computer programme to ensure leads are allocated as fairly as possible to all participating advisers.

In terms of area, you have the scope to choose to receive leads within one or more of the 124 national postal areas (defined by the first one or two letters of the postcode). Please see the territory map for more details.

In terms of mortgage lead-flow, you may select the number of leads you wish to receive every month. As an indication, the average number selected by our advisers is 15. The minimum requirement is fixed at 8 leads per month. Whilst we cannot guarantee to match your preferred allocation, we will restrict the number of new advisers looking to register for a particular area if volume looks likely to outstrip supply.

It is also important to state that every lead is exclusive and real time, and is only ever distributed once using the Only Leads service.

Account Management

MyAccount is a secure access website that allows you to manage your account on-line. It provides a record of all leads received to your account, and enables you to amend details such as your monthly mortgage lead-flow, postal area or contact information. You will need to choose a username and password when you first register which will be required when accessing your account.

Furthermore, if you are planning a holiday or need a short break from receiving leads, then there is a “Pause” option which can be activated with immediate effect, thereby preventing any more leads from being sent to your account.
